• These terms and conditions govern your use of the Federation of Pharma Entrepreneurs (FOPE) website and the services provided therein. By using this website and making the necessary payments, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website or make payments through it.

PAYMENT POLICY

Purpose of Payments:

Payments made through FOPE’s website are intended solely for the purpose of the following services as specified on the website:

• Renewal / Subscription of FOPE Membership Fees.
• Advertisement in FOPE Publications.
• Purchase of FOPE Publications.
• Donations towards FOPE activities.
• Registration Fees for FOPE Seminars, Conferences, Webinars, etc.
• Registration Fee for UCPMP Complaint.

Non-Refundable:

Payments made through FOPE’s website are non-refundable. Once a Payment is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded, except in cases of technical errors or fraudulent activity, subject to our investigation and discretion.

Tex Deductibility:

Please note that Payments made to FOPE may or may not be tax-deductible, depending on the relevant tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We recommend consulting with a tax advisor for guidance on the tax treatment of your Payments.

USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Accuracy of Information:

When making a Payment through FOPE’s website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are valid and up-to-date.

Compliance with Laws:

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online payments, including but not limited to laws governing services provided by an Association and online financial transactions.

Prohibited Activities:

You must not use FOPE’s website for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, making Payments using stolen payment information or engaging in any form of malicious activity.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

No Warranty:

FOPE makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided on the website. We disclaim all liability for any errors or omissions in the information or materials provided.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold FOPE harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the website or your Payments, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions.

GOVERNING LAW:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram/Delhi.
